Silicone product has good thickening,lubrication,moisture and skin affinity properties.Extensive used in cosmetic,commodity,surfactant and other daily industrial production.Cosmetics will be provided with moisturizing,lubricating,skin affinity,softness,waterproofing and thermal stability after added long-chain-alkyl silicone wax.It is a substitute of high grade natural wax.At the same time,silicone wax emulsion is stable and uniform.Could provide effective lubrication moisturizing barrier for the skin.In this paper,through three steps with hydrogen silicone oil and 1-octadecene as raw material to synthesis dialkyl terminated end polysiloxane.Determine the optimum synthetic conditions by Complete randomalized design and Orthogonal experimental design:reaction temperature 140?,reaction time 4h,amount of catalyst 3%,molar ratio of 1-octadecene and hydrogen silicone oil=2.25:1.Under this condition,the average conversion rate is 95.79%.Then ring-opening polymerization D4H under the catalysis of sulfonated cation resin.Synthesis silicone intermediates with different molecular weights.Explore the relationship between reaction conditions and molecular weight.The results are as follows:?1?With the increase of D4H concentration,the polymerization rate and the molecular weight increases;?2?With the increase of catalyzer concentration,polymerization rate increased quickly,the molecular weight decreases;?3?With the increase of the reaction temperature,the polymerization rate increased quickly,the molecular weight decreased gradually.Finally synthetic silicone wax by hydrosilylation with silicone intermediates and 1-octadecene.Analysis of the product by FT-IR,DSC/TG thermal analysis,contact angle wetting test and compatibility test.Compounded the silicone wax with the cosmetic materials to determination of its stability and skin transepidermal water loss,skin moisture content,skin elasticity,lubrication and sensory characteristics.Discuss the effects of different molecular weight on the performance of silicone wax.Finally,Determination the component of compound emulsifier?glycerin monostearate and PEG-100?with HLB.Obtained O/W type silicone wax emulsion by phase inversion method.Study the relationship between properties of silicone wax emulsion system in the process of change and form the internal micro emulsion.The best emulsification conditions are explored:the mass fraction of emulsifier is 20%,the emulsification temperature is 65?,the solid content is 35%,and the shear rate is 5000rpm.At the same time,testing the stability of the silicone wax emulsion and its skin transepidermal water loss,skin moisture content,skin elasticity,lubrication,sensory properties.The final determination of the organosilicon wax synthesized in this paper is more superior performance than marketed common silicone wax and emulsion.
