1-aminoanthraquinone is an important kind of dye intermediates,it has a pivotal position in the market now,it has a lot of usage and dosage,which will be slowly taken dye market.But the traditional 1-aminoanthraquinone synthesis process is very complex,which has the post-processing and more trouble steps,so it lead to a high cost,and a serious environmental pollution.Some recent years,scholars are trying to develop a new synthesis methods of 1-aminoanthraquinone,but all steps generally exist some problem like a high cost,complex conditions,environment pollution and so on,so it is not conducive to industrial production,the purpose of this paper is to develop an environmentally friendly,low cost,simple method in production process.Based on 1-nitroanthraquinone as reaction substrate,inorganic base as a catalyst,sulfur as the catalyst,selenium as a initiator,carbon monoxide as a reducing agent,a pot method in lab is realized reduction preparation 1-aminoanthraquinone.It is usage condition experiment by water condition,use level of powdered sulfur,the influence of the substrate consumption condition on the reduction reaction,temperature condition,pressure condition,and use level of powdered selenium.Also we determine that the types of catalyst for sodium bicarbonate on the reaction is most favorable.It is carried out on the main factors affecting by the L16?45?orthogonal experiments,and it is concluded the strength order which influence these factors on the reaction,it works out that the order of the influence from strong to weak,the above mentioned factors taken to the reaction is quantity of Se > temperature>pressure > quantity of S > time.By adjust the conditions of experiment,it works out that the best conditions for the reaction is 1-nitroanthraquinone 6.00g?27mmol?,S:4.7mmol,Se:0.20 mmol,H2O:40mL,NaHCO3:24mmol,temperature:150?,PCO:5.0MPa and reaction time is 6 hours.This article adopts the method of catalytic reduction of 1-nitroanthraquinone to prepare 1-aminoanthraqinone,it has a more simple of operating,lower cost,which compared with the traditional methods,and it is developed a new system of catalyticreduction.This thesis is divided into five parts: First segment is the literature review,the second segment is the experimental part,the third segment is the results and discussion,including experimental conditions,orthogonal experiment;the fourth part is the summary of the mechanism,the fifth part is the conclusion.
