With the aggravation of energy crisis and environmental pollution,the application of clean,non polluting and renewable solar energy is of great significance to solve the energy crisis and pollution.Improving the utilization efficiency of solar energy is the main task of solar energy application,and the related research has proved that the anti reflection structure can effectively improve the efficiency of solar energy devices.Inspired by the hydrophobic and optical properties of the surface structure of plant leaves in the nature,this paper mainly studies the surface structure of the plant leaves,Optical films with antireflective and self-cleaning properties have been prepared to increase the efficiency of silicon solar cells.Double transfer method prepared by using the surface structure of imitation plant leaves,made on the surface of silicon solar cells prepared with surface structure imitation plant leaves antireflection film,the specific process is:the surface of the two polydimethylsiloxane uniform pouring on the leaves of plants,get the anti mold structure of blade with imitation plant PDMS,then using NOA 63 photoresist texture anti reduction film with leaf blade structure on smooth silicon wafer.Analysis of the structure of leaf surface morphology by scanning electron microscopy imitation;the wetting contact angle tester leaves structure film imitation angle;the transparent Haze Meter,ultraviolet spectrophotometer,infrared optical characteristic detecting structure imitation of the blade surface,the transmission and reflection of imitation leaves thin film rate and astigmatism;using an electrochemical workstation detection of biomimetic antireflection coating effect on solar power;simulation of bionic optical properties of membrane by using Monte Carlo method.The results show that the double transfer method can be fabricated on the surface of silicon wafer with imitation plant leaf surface micro/nano structure film.The haze rate of imitation leaf structure film was up to 92%.the haze of the bionic surface structure is the rate by the micro flat convex mirror changing light path leads;compared with smooth film,thin film silicon surface with bionic lotus leaf the surface structure of the solar reflectance decreased from 35%to 20%,effectively improve the efficiency of silicon solar cell;wetting angle of the blade structure of the imitation of up to 150 degrees.The bionic structure of the larger contact angle of the battery has self-cleaning performance,reduce the dirt suction effect of light on the rate of cell;finite difference time domain method(FDTD)optical theory,the calculation results show that the micro nano structure is the main cause of high optical properties of the films like leaves;Biomimetic films with good optical properties and self-cleaning properties can be prepared on silicon based solar cells by biomimetic template transfer.
