Supramolecular chemistry has closely linked with physics,materials science,biological science in recent years.Functional molecules provided the infinite possibility for the development of supramolecular chemistry.This thesis mainly selected the light-responsive molecule styrene and charge-transfer molecule naphthalene diimide derivatives as the resesrch object.The microstructure of assembly system,its spectral properties and its potential applications are investigated.This thesis mainly includes the following three parts:Chapter I is a brief introduction of supramolecular chemistry and their influence factors.The emphasis of this chapter is the research progress of the assembly and the application of styrene derivatives and naphthalene diimide derivatives.In Chapter II,hydroxy modified cyanostilbene was investigated in good/poor solvents.The assemblied morphology could be controlled by adjusting the polarity of the solvent,with the changing of vesicles to fiber or spherical aggregates.Electron microscope was employed to verify the morphology.Uv-vis and fluorescence spectrum data shows that ?-? interaction and intremolecular charge effect are the mainly driving force in this system,Cyanostilbene is a kind of photo-isomerization molecule.It is could be isomerized from Z-configuration to E-configuration treated with UV light stimulation.At the same time,fluorescence properties enhanced resulting from the limitation of reverse charge transfer effect in molecule.1H NMR and mass spectrum data clarified that no other chemical reactions taken place instead of molecular conformation changes under the UV light.At last,dye molecule rhodamine B was introduced into the assembly system,different color resolution was obtained by controlled the illumination time.This idea provides a possible method for the preparation of different light soft materials.In Chpter III,charge-transfer system was investigated in this part.Naphthalene diimide derivative and 1-pyrenebutyric acid were introduced into self-assembly system.In different polarity solvents,molecules could assemble into different mopholodical structures with different dimensions,such as spherical structure,fiber,nanaosheet and so on.Symmetrical butyric modified naphthalene diinide and 1-pyrenebutyric acid formed the charge-transfer complex because of the matching structure and different charge density.Uv-vis spectrum has obvious absorption peak at wavelength of the 400-600nm.However,fluorescence spectrum data exhibited quenching effect due to the charge transfer effect.It is possible to build the supramolecular self-assembly system with optical and electronic properties based on the CT effect.
