With the further intensification of petroleum energy crisis,in order to meet the normal supply of domestic energy needs,our country have been imported a large number of "high sulfur,high nitrogen,chlorine" inferior crude oil.Resulting in the proportion of crude oil refining processing continues to increase,causing many corrosion failure problems widespread occurrence in domestic petrochemical enterprises' refinery equipments.Especial the Tube blockage?Bending deformation and Perforation leakage accidents happen in Hydrogenation air cooler,Posing a serious threat in Safe production of refining process.Therefore,according to the common phenomenon of blockage failure in hydrogenation air cooling tube bundle,this paper analysis of its causes and rules,taking effective optimization of water injection technology and Prevention and control measures to guarantee air cooler system operate stable.In this paper,the REAC water injection system and injection nozzle of YZ were investigated.After analyzing the process of the REAC system under typical operating conditions,Combined with air cooling tube bundle failure,the technological process of REAC system was analysed.the main source of damage was obtained by analyzing the type of clogging and the cause of the blockage and real failure condition of the air cooling tube bundle.The key parameters of NH4 HS concentration,Kp value,pH value and liquid water content in REAC system under different water injection were calculated by Aspen Plus.The results revealed the change of ammonium salt concentration with water injection,and could be used to optimize the parameters of water injection.The characteristics of the injection flow,range and atomization angle of the water injection nozzle were studied by designing the atomization experiment device,then the injection performance characteristics of the water injection nozzle under different pressure conditions were obtained.The changing rule of nozzle outlet flow rate,range,atomization angle with pressure was established by fitting the experiment data.After creating the finite element model of the inner and outer flow field of the water injection nozzle,the flow field of the nozzle was simulated by Fluent software,and the flow field inside the nozzle was taken as the boundary condition of the external atomization field to maintain relevance between internal and external field simulation.The velocity field,pressure field and atomization angle of thewater injection nozzle in inner flow field was analyzed.The change of velocity and diameter of the sprayed atomized particles are investigated in external flow field.Results show,In the actual REAC water injection process,The performance of spiral nozzle A is better than that of B,The influence of pressure on the range and flow of spiral nozzle is larger than that of atomization angle.The innovation of this paper is as follows: 1)Based on the hydrogenation process corrosion circuit,the causes of the failure of air cooling pipe bundle jam are analyzed,and raise the method of optimizing the water injection process to control the risk of air cooling pipe plugging.2)Through the experiment and numerical simulation of the water injection nozzle in the water injection structure,the main performance parameters of the water injection nozzle under different working conditions were studied,which could provide the basis for optimizing the water injection structure and water injection effect.It has important engineering application value to control air cooling pipe plugging caused by ammonium salt crystallization.
