Current oil production technology in China although there are some difference bet ween distance abroad,but China's current oil drilling method is varied,including wate r injection is also more important exploitation mode in our country.Oil exploitation m ode in our country are mostly rely on formation pressure for mining,but overcomes t he drawback of lack of formation pressure water injection,and in the actual mining p rocess,mining water injection can rely on the formation of energy cannot be oil,impr ove the yield efficiency or oil production rate.But in terms of water injection,and its elf is an engineering company,with the widespread popularization of water injection i n China over the years,water injection is used to drill for oil in China is more and more.Water injection development in our country also has a certain history,but for th e different stages of oil development,as well as to the requirements of different water injection,water injection in China according to the different factors can be divided i nto a variety of,this is mainly because the size of the water injection with different nature.In terms of current water injection,there are two main types of water injectio n and secondary injection two at an early date.Early water injection for stable format ion pressure,mining,in the future can be smooth and stable production,can be effect ive for subsequent production.In the process,can keep the pump to the main drag,t he ground and the resistance of water injection pipeline,are provided by the reservoir pressure,the secondary injection is usually insufficient pressure during drilling,to pro vide a certain amount of energy.Although in actual water injection,the distinction bet ween these two kinds of pattern has certain difficulty,but they are related to formatio n and related properties.During water injection,water injection station is responsible for the entire water i njection process,control the entire water injection in water injection.After for checkin g the actual water injection efficiency,found in the whole process,there is need to i mprove.In actual water injection,to control water injection in order to efficiently,im prove the efficiency of water injection,and help improve the injection process,water i njection station and reduce artificial cost,reduce unsafe accidents.The starting point o f this article is the management of the water injection part,can be efficient and scientific to manage all the water injection,to develop the management system,water inject ion station 24 hours can to management and control of related equipment on the well site,when pump based on the research work is most suitable for the pressure of stu dy,design cost and reduce the cost of water injection to work the best water injection scheme,on the basis of the study,a model is set up,and then use the computer sof tware,through the comprehensive experiment in the field,to design the water injection water detection system,to draw water flooding curve,after the test experiment result s conform to the ideal situation,can improve the efficiency of water injection,control the cost of water injection,has certain value and significance.In practical production for oil and gas injection is a relatively common mining m easures,especially for our country land drilling for oil,but found in actual water inje ction,water injection cost very much.As the higher moisture content at present our c ountry mining field in the number of less and less,the cost of water injection on the rise.So for the oilfield development,control its costs to improve oilfield developmen t cost is very important.This research starting point is the south 15 water injection st ation,through the improvement of water injection system,find out the biggest energy consumption,water injection and find a solution.
