At present,the watering in gathering system is often used to supply heat in winter in locations such as metering station,water distribution station and etc in Daqing Oilfield.Under this circumstance,as the production and supply center of heat energy,a transfer station shall supply heat for many metering stations and water distribution stations.Generally speaking,heating furnace is used to convert the chemical energy of mineral fuel such as natural gas into heat energy,and the heat energy shall be delivered to each metering station and water distribution station through watering pipe.However,in recent years,with the requirements of building conservation-oriented society in China,saving energy by lowering temperature in oil gathering in Daqing Oilfield developed rapidly,on basis of constant exploration and vigorous spreading.Well stations that implement single-pipe cold transport or temperature-lowering in winterly oil gathering increased every year;the temperature of watering decreased from 75 ? to about 50?.As the temperature of watering decreased and watering pipe was cancelled due to adoption of single-pipe cold transport technology in some metering stations,the requirements for heating in duty room of metering station could not be met;but common electrical heating would consume a lot of energies,and there would be hidden safety dangers and risk of losing as well.In view of existing situation,on basis of gaining certain practical experiences by adopting three kinds of heating technologies-small water source heat pumps,small electrical boilers and heat producer with liquid flow in metering stations,further researches on energy-saving heating technologies of heat pumps have been conducted in water injection station and water distribution station.In this thesis,analyses and calculations shall be done for different production locations and different heat source conditions in oilfield;and practical and effective testing program shall be designed.This testing program has been tested by actual operation on site;it has realized efficient and energy-saving heating in oilfield,and it shall provide precious experiences for further researches in future.
