Slim-hole Horizontal Well Drilling Technology Research Of Jilin Exploration Area

Slim hole drilling technology in petroleum industry application began in 50 s,80s to 90 s of slim hole drilling technology to obtain a breakthrough to become horizontal well after the exploration and development of oil and gas and an emerging technology.In recent years,a lot of researches have been done on slim hole drilling technology at home and abroad,and many achievements have been made.However,with the continuous development of oil and gas resources,oil and gas resources quality became worse,some new problems have gradually emerged: the main is to improve the speed and reduce the horizontal drilling machinery into two aspects.In recent years,although the reserves of oil and gas reservoirs in the Jilin area of the rich,but the oil and gas reservoir is of low porosity,low permeability and tight sandstone gas reservoir,poor drillability,abrasivity,in order to economic efficient exploration and exploitation of oil and gas reservoirs in the Jilin area,with a hitherto unknown challenge should be high on the drilling technology slim hole horizontal well.This paper made a systematic study on the Slimhole horizontal well drilling process,shorten the drilling cycle through research,increase drilling speed,to achieve the slim hole horizontal well technology economical and efficient development of oil and gas reservoirs in southern Songliao Basin.According to the theory analysis,the critical technology was researched.And the type of bit,hydraulic parameters,well structure and the formulation of drilling fluid were optimized.The technology that be suit for the well structure and well track control of the slim hole horizontal well with the geological features in JiLin oilfield was designed.Base on the technology the efficient drilling tools was researched.The technology has a good effect with the factorial construction in QianAn block of JiLin oilfield.So the research and development of this article has a broad application prospect for the exploration and drilling in JiLin oilfield.It is important that to raise the horizontal drilling techniques for slim hole,and it has the important sense for raise drilling velocity and reduce the cost of drilling.
