With the advent of the information age,high-performance storage devices have received more and more attention and proper novel materials are essential for the design of high-performance storage devices.Due to the advantages of organic/inorganic hybrid perovskite materials which have good crystallinity and long carrier transport distance, they are widely studied in optoelectronics. This work focuses on the organic/inorganic hybrid perovskites(MAPbI3)bistable devices. The main contents are as follows:(1)Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene/polystyrene sulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS)has been widely used in optoelectronic devices because of its good light transmittance and electrical conductivity. In this work,PEDOT:PSS is introduced to the Perovskite bistable devices to improve electrical bistability. The one-step processed perovskite thin film was fabricated and its morphology was characterized. The electrical bistable devices with the structure of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/MAPbI3/Metal(Cu/Au/Ag/Al)were fabricated on the glass substrate. The performances of the devices are dependent on the metal electrode. The devices based on aluminum and copper electrodes are much more stable than others and the maximum on/off ratio of the devices can reach 103.The device operating mechanism is studied by the ?-? curve fitting.(2)Poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA)has been widely studied in the organic optoelectronic devices because of its excellent dielectric properties, good stability, low cost, and environment-friend.The single-layer bistable device with ITO/PMMA:MAPbI3/Al structure was fabricated and the device performance was optimized. The PMMA:MAPbI3 mass ratio effect on the device performance is investigated. When the PMMA:MAPbI3 mass ratio is too large or too small, the stability of the device is poor. When the PMMA:MAPbI3 mass ratio is 1:31,the properties of the device are optimized:the maximum on/off ratio is 103 and the device is quite stable. The comparison between the bulk-junction device and the bilayer device implies that the bistability of the device is enhanced when the he teroj unction is increased. Finally, the mechanisms of charge transfer at different stages are studied by ?-? curve fitting.
