A Research On Reducing Design of Leisure Foods:A Case Study of Leisure Foods in Ningxiang,Hunan Province.Leisure food has a big share in the food industry,because of its wide variety,riched nutrient and easy to eat,widely favored by consumers.Regional snack foods not only highlight the regional food flavor,processing technology characteristics,but also pass the regional cultural information,promote regional economic development.Reduction is one of the most effective ways to implement the ecological packaging design of regional snack food.Its core ideas and concrete measures are conducive to saving resources,slowing down the environmental pressure and conforming to the development of the times.The article mainly uses the literature research method,the case analysis method and the market research method,and makes a detailed study on the packaging reduction design of the snack food in Ningxiang area from the aspects of packaging structure,writing,share and weight.First of all,through the study of Ningxiang Liu Shaoqi hometown,Thousands o Buddha Cave,Secret Temple,Carbon river ruins and other tourist scenic spots.Made an analysis of the Ningxiang snack food packing deficiencies,such as:the lack of brand awareness for systematic packaging,irrational packaging structure,the combination of regionalcultural characteristics and new packaging ideas&technology is not close,and so on.Secondly,article emphasized the humanized design is the needs of social development from the ergonomic point of view.Packaging design reduction is the main method to solve the problem.Finally,Elaborated the approaches for the Ningxiang regional characteristics snack food getting out of the low market: first one is to enhance the quality of leisure food in Ningxiang region,and the second one is do a system integration for the packaging design which including the effective extraction of regional cultural element symbols and implementation of reduced &interactive design.The last one is to use regional environmentally friendly materials for packaging as much as possible.The above researches saved materials and avoided unnecessary environmental pollutions by applying the method of reducing the packaging design to the snack food packaging.And also made an intergration of the regional cultural elements&processing technology together with the packaging,which provided references for the reduction of packaging design innovation and development.
