The down-hole stepless differential switchable split sleeve is a kind of intelligent fracturing tool developed for the current working environment and the fracturing process of oil.It solves the current traditional slip sleeve fracturing limitation,the number of switch,pipe diameter and other issues.The slip sleeve has a multi-layer fracture,so that it is no longer limited by the number of fractures in the process of fracturing which can be achieved repeatedly open and close,with an effective of a number of fracturing,while achieving the possession of the all-pass,leading a maximize degree of fracturing.To solve shortcomings of the traditional fractured slip sets,the fracturing sleeve becomes intelligent,and better combined with modern science and technology.In this paper,by comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing fracturing sliding sleeve.A new design scheme of fracturing sliding sleeve is put forward.This design adopts the method of unit design,which is composed of three units.The first unit for mechanical unit is a sliding sleeve execution mechanism,the sliding sleeve is opened or closed;the second unit for the electromagnetic control word unit is the sliding sleeve control mechanism,using the three position four way electromagnetic valve control device of the energy release;the third unit for gas driving unit is the power mechanism of the sliding sleeve,accumulator as the only energy source,the use of driving hydraulic cylinder to open or close the sliding sleeve.The scheme solves the problem of energy transfer between mechanical structure and hydraulic system,and realizes the requirement of the repeated switching of fracturing sleeve.According to the actual work requirement,this paper uses the SolidWorks software to complete the detailed design of the mechanical structure of the fracturing sleeve,the detailed design of the hydraulic system,and the mechanical strength analysis of main components of the fractured slip with ANSYS Workbench software.Based on the mechanical system dynamics theory and the binding graph theory,this paper uses the AMESim software to establish the simulation model of the fractured slip sleeve carrying on the dynamic simulation experiment,which obtains the displacement curve of the moving parts under different working conditions and the simulation curve of the energy release process of the accumulator.The analysis shows that it provides technical supports for the design and the future application of the fractured sleeve.
