Normal production of oil well casing damage for oil field brings great harm,not only caused economic losses,and affect the development effect.Daqing oilfield production one,two,four,six piece of casing damage has happened before,to control the rate of casing damage has become one of the important content of oilfield development,uninterrupted,daqing oilfield casing damage mechanism research has made some achievements.Mechanism research,however,there are still limitations and independence,and mostly in the form of qualitative research,application research scope is limited by a certain,the casing protection work is still in a passive state.Therefore,the development of casing damage prevention and control warning system software,as to provide theoretical basis for casing damage prediction and prevention.Dynamic change under this article to find out the block dynamic relations with casing damage,from the in-situ stress and bearing monitoring,the three dimensional deformation monitoring,this paper studies block causes of casing damage and puts forward effective way to control the casing damage speed.Determine the secondary protection technology boundaries of casing damage,and targeted prevention and control measures,reducing the speed of casing damage.In this paper,to monitor the impact of the formation of dynamic change of casing damage,daqing oil field in the western south area set up the three-dimensional deformation monitoring network research of casing damage test area.Western south area formation in the development process for 15 years,the three-dimensional deformation monitoring for a long time,by monitoring the earth during the oilfield development is obtained the basic rule of three-dimensional deformation.The monitoring results show that the high pressure injection production can lead to ground elevation changes,with the formation pressure and the deformation trend is more consistent.Fault less formation of vertical displacement and the correlation of strata pressure change is good,but where the fault,fault block with level is relatively poor.According to the measured results for preventing casing damage the boundaries of technology,provide theoretical guidance for the oil field production,casing protection.Finally from the porous elastic theory for the interpretation of the measurement results,the development process is given,the mathematical model of the three-dimensional deformation calculation.
