One of the most advanced technologies in drilling technology is rotary steering drilling technology.He is the embodiment of the highest level of drilling technology.The key of this technology is to realize the rotary steering closed loop drilling technology.In other countries of the drilling system of the company,has developed a rotary steering drilling system,the application of this technology in a variety of rotary steerable downhole tools to achieve good results.Due to the fact that the foreign countries have attached great importance to the rotary steering closed loop drilling technology,and the core technology has been in the stage of blockade,the technical personnel of our country have not yet broken through this technology.It is urgent to study it.In this paper,the dynamics of a new type of rotary steerable drilling tool is studied systematically.The main contents include the solid modeling and the principle design of the rotary steering drilling tool,involving the establishment of the model of the rotary steering drilling tool,the dynamic analysis of the biasing mechanism,and the simulation of the virtual prototype.The full text is divided into six chapters.
