With the development of the thermal battery technology,it is imperative to develop thin film cathode materials with high specific capacity.In this thesis composite thin film pyrite cathodes with three different electrolytes were prepared by ultrasonic spray technology and screen printing process,and assembled into a single cell.The factors affecting the discharge performance were investigated and discussed.In the experiment,the optimum adding amount of electrolyte in the FeS2/LiCl-LiBr-KBr composite was 15%?mass fraction?,and the optimum adding amount of acetylene black,activated carbon and CNTs was 3%?mass fraction?,3%?mass fraction?and 1%?mass fraction?respectively.FeS2/LiCl-LiBr-KBr composite cathode in the single cell with LiB anodecan reach a specific capacity of 291.9m Ah·g-1at a cut-off voltage of 1.5V,while cathode in the single cell prepared by the traditional powder compression process reaches a specific capacity of 265mAh·g-1 at the sameconditions.FeS2/LiCl-Li I composite with the suitable loading of MgO of 0.2g·cm-2can reach a specific capacity of 380.5mAh·g-1,at a discharge temperature of 480?and a cut-off voltage of 1.5V.The FeS2/LiCl-LiBr-NaCl-KCl composite can reach a specific capacity of296.2mAh·g-1with the suitable MgO loading ofis 0.2g·cm-2under a discharge temperature of 500?and a cut-off voltage of 1.5V.
