The thickness of the single cell produced by the traditional powder tableting process is relatively large,which cannot meet the development needs of miniaturization of the thermal battery.Therefore,the research of thin film electrode materials has important practical significance.In this paper,the preparation and performance of FeS2 cathode films and electrolyte separators are studied.In this paper,a FeS2 positive electrode film was prepared by a doctor blade coating process using a silicic acid/sodium silicate mixture as a binder.The SEM analysis of the surface of the FeS2 positive electrode film shows that the use of a silicic acid/sodium silicate mixture as a binder has a better bonding effect;by changing the amount of the binder in the positive electrode film,the amount of the conductive agent,and the FeS2 powder.The discharge performance of the single cell was tested by factors such as ball milling time.The results show that the FeS2 positive film has the best discharge effect when 15%binder,1%carbon nanotube conductive agent is added to the positive electrode film and FeS2 powder is ball milled for 24 h.When the discharge voltage of the single cell is cut off at 1.5 V,the specific capacity of FeS2 in the positive electrode film reaches 310.47 mAh/g.An electrolyte membrane was prepared using asbestos fibers as a carrier and matched with a FeS2 cathode film for chemical performance testing.The MgO modified asbestos fiber separator was prepared by pyrolysis of magnesium acetate,and the loading of magnesium oxide and electrolyte in the electrolyte membrane was changed,and then assembled into a single cell for discharge test.The study showed that the decomposition temperature of magnesium acetate was 255?,the decomposition time was 1.5 h,and the discharge capacity of single cell was the best when the loadings of magnesium oxide and electrolyte in the electrolyte separator were6 mg/cm2 and 50 mg/cm2,respectively.When the discharge voltage is 1.5 V,the specific capacity of the active material can reach 304.85 mAh/g.The asbestos fibers were respectively loaded with LiCl-LiBr-KBr and LiCl-LiBr-NaCl-KCl electrolytes to prepare electrolyte membranes,and the FeS2 cathode membranes were respectively matched to form a single cell for discharge test.The LiCl-LiBr-KBr electrolyte membrane was matched with FeS2 cathode.The highest test current density of the monomer composed of the film is 200 mA/cm2,and the discharge performance is best under the test condition of 500?.The LiCl-LiBr-NaCl-KCl electrolyte membrane matches the composition of the FeS2 positive film.The highest test current density is100 mA/cm2,the discharge performance is best under the test conditions of 550?.
