Research And Application Of Horizontal Well Drilling Fluid Technology In Hailaer Oilfield

Hailaer oil field is the replacement area of Daqing Oilfield.Drilling horizontal well development in this area has become an effective technical means to improve single well production and reduce development cost.Although the oil-based drilling fluid is a good solution to the wellbore purification,wellbore stability,lubrication and prevent card drill,protection of oil and gas and other technical problems,but with oil-based drilling fluid ratio of high cost,environmental pollution,high cost of late cuttings Shortcomings,so the need to develop a new type of high-performance water-based drilling fluid(amine drilling fluid)system to replace oil-based drilling fluid,in order to reduce the comprehensive cost of drilling construction,protect the environment and achieve sustainable development.Based on the introduction of several small oilfield geologic features such as Su Rennuoer oilfield,Bell oil field and Suduerte oilfield in Hailaer Basin,the drilling fluid drilling in Hailaer field is deeply analyzed to suppress the formation of slurry,Stability,wellbore cleaning and lubrication of several aspects of the difficulties.On the basis of a large number of indoor experiments,the main treatment agent of high performance water-based drilling fluid,polyamine,was synthesized and analyzed by comparison with the KCI,cationic and formate inhibitors.The results show that the polyamine can effectively inhibit the dispersion of mudstone hydration,Has excellent inhibitory performance.The performance of the high performance water-based drilling fluidsystem was determined by optimizing the treatment agent such as inhibitor,coating agent,worrying agent and lubricant.The performance of the drilling fluid system formula showed that the drilling fluid Department of stable performance,with a strong inhibitory,sealing,lubrication,pollution and reservoir protection.The application of the high-performance water-based drilling fluid system in the construction of three horizontal wells such as Su 101-Ping 5,Xi 38-Ping 1 and Pui 14-Ping 2wells in Hailaer Oilfield has been applied.Carrying rock ability,good lubrication,and achieved a very good construction effect.
