The development of Daqing oil field has entered the middle and late stage,with the continuous exploitation of high water wells increased year by year,resulting in the eccentric wear of rod and tube,affecting the production of crude oil production plant.In view of the eccentric wear of sucker rod in oil well,oil experts at home and abroad have done a lot of theoretical research and field test.But because the equipments and underground anti abrasion test perplexing,failure rate is still high,based on the analysis of the current problems of wells partial wear on the selection of Daqing City Putaohua oilfield's PuBei faulted block geological environment for field test.Pubei faulted block is a block of seventh oil production plant development earlier,the whole is high in the West and low in the East,to the fault faults from south to north,West by 2 large faults extending longer with the two block from the reservoir average 298 md,effective porosity effective thickness of 23.7%.Porosity 22.5%,available area of 11.7km2,geological reserves of 687.9×104t.Due to the long development time of the block,the oil well condition is poor,the comprehensive water cut is higher and higher,and the oil well production parameters are not reasonable.For this reason,it is necessary to carry out the comprehensive treatment technology test of oil well eccentric wear,and to carry out the classification test of different wear conditions in different well conditions,and to form a set of effective measures to prevent the eccentric wear.The reason of Pubei faulted block of a rod and the analysis,the eccentric wear wells investigation,site classification summary in this area,the main problems of eccentric wear and its basic structure,working principle,application status and system,find out the mechanical factors forcing rod oil well.Considering various rod force calculation method was presented for rod neutralization and axial force,analyzes the deviation of well body factors,stroke,inferior dynamic factors,effect of fluid viscosity fluid factors on the stress of sucker rod.The analysis to reveal the pumping rod pipe partial wear mechanism has an important role.This paper puts forward some technical measures for eccentric wear wells pumping governance through field test.The matching principle and management measures formulated a block of Pubei oil pumping well placed partial grinding,and the governance to conduct a comprehensive comparative analysis on well eccentric wear control technology for technical and economic analysis.By adopting partial grinding technology,the partial wear time of pumping unit is reduced,the service life of the pumping unit is improved,and certain economic and social benefits are obtained.
