Horizontal wells are widely used at home and abroad due to their unique advantages.However,the casing damage rate of the horizontal wells increases year by year,and the casing damage is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,in order to ensure the normal operation of the casing damage well and the stable and increase production of the oil field,the plastic repair work of the casing pipe is carried out.The casing damage repair of horizontal well is quite different from that of straight well.Firstly,the shaping tool is not in the well and the shaping is easy to occur.Secondly,the horizontal well has too large curvature,so it is difficult to raise and lower the plastic tools,and the longitudinal expansion is difficult.How to design a convenient and convenient repair device for casing damage in horizontal wells is an urgent problem to be solved at present.In this paper,a set of channel repairing device for horizontal well damage repair is designed.It is composed of anchor,hydraulic cylinder,expansion tube head and PLC hydraulic control system.First of all,an anchor device is designed to ensure the stability and centering of the device during the shaping process.Secondly,determined by the stress analysis,material selection and the series hydraulic cylinder wall thickness,diameter and other important parameters,the important component of the device in the expansion pipe head and hydraulic cylinder is designed,and the strength check is carried out by finite element analysis and dynamic simulation,to meet the requirements of design.In the design process,aiming at oilfield horizontal well after the case of plastic card device can not remove the problems in the control system,the design of the multi-stage hydraulic cylinder reversing loop system,the system can ensure the plastic tube repair device in the casing,the plastic device can be automatically withdrawn from the repair site to smooth casing,replacing the previous set loss of plastic pipe shaping equipment after device removal through plastic tubing trouble ground.Finally,in order to ensure the reliability design of the multi-stage hydraulic cylinder reversing loop system,the hydraulic cylinder according to the design and processing of samples,experiments were carried out in the laboratory,experimental results show that the system has good effect,and meet the design requirements.Compared with the casing damage repairing device in the horizontal well,the device realizes the electrical control of the whole set of equipment,and the sleeve repairing and opening device is retracted,and the PLC-hydraulic control system is completed sequentially in the downhole,so as to realize automation.At present,the reversing experiment of themultistage hydraulic cylinder reversing circuit in the device has achieved satisfactory results in the laboratory,which lays a solid foundation for the successful experiment of the subsequent repair of the casing damage pipe.
