Research on thermal recovery wells in Shengli Oilfield level mechanism for the lack of casing damage,Precautions little effect,Existing control technology can not meet the needs of heavy oil thermal recovery of horizontal wells.Shengli Oilfield thermal recovery wells casing damage level statistics,to carry out casing damage influencing factors,including geology,well trajectory,injection and production and other factors,to determine the effect of casing damage dominant factor;reveal multiple rounds steam injection thermal stress,well trajectory and impact of multi-factor coupling mechanism of thermal recovery of horizontal well casing damage.Development of new thermal compensation and completion string with stress compensation structure optimization,the formation of thermal recovery horizontal well completion string;developed a horizontal well split the anti-card-style expanding head and expanding power tool,supporting the formation of a horizontal well hydraulic Expanding plastic craft string.Developed a high-temperature tube wells subsidy level metal seal structure,suspension throw subsidies hydraulic hand tools and power tool,supporting the formation of a horizontal well casing leakage of hydraulic subsidies reinforcement craft column.Strengthening the integration of research righting righting column and hydraulic tools,supporting the formation of a thermal recovery faulted horizontal well casing centralizer pick up craft column.After repairing the sealing pressure ?25MPa,suspension force ?450kN,to meet the 360? high temperature steam injection production needs.Site implementation of 62 wells,horizontal wells where thermal recovery sets loss prevention technology 45 wells,casing damage control technology 17 wells,cumulative oil 28,000 tons,effectively improve the efficiency of 50% workover,,the improvement of reserve ratio laid the technical foundation.
