Asphalt particle profile control in high water cut stage of oilfield development has achieved certain results in Field tests,It can not only adjust the interlayer contradiction,enlarge the swept volume,but can also increase the oil displacement efficiency.But it is found that the effect of different wells have big differences,moreover the effect is unstable and the reason is unclear.Therefore,it is necessary to study the adaptability and parameter optimization of asphalt particle profile control by laboratory experiments.In this research paper based on relevant literature,the mechanism of profile control parameters of asphalt has been expounded and the performances of the asphalt particles were evaluated,suspension agent is preferably selected by measuring the particle size distribution,suspension rate and bonding temperature.Structure and injection mode of artificial cemented core has been improved.The problem of end face accumulation during the process of asphalt particle injection has been solved.The injection performance of asphalt particles was evaluated including compatibility and sealing,The matching relation between the injection particle size and the permeability of asphalt particles has been determined,The optimum injection volume of different permeability cores has been optimized through the experiment of profile control by sand filling pipe.The results show that 2% KCl solution as dispersant can play a good dispersion effect on asphalt particles and 0.06mm~0.1mm is the best Profile section size through the plugging test of three kinds of asphalt particles and the test of erosion resistance.With the increase of slug concentration,the blockage ratio and the residual resistance coefficient increase correspondingly and With the increase of profile control slug,the breakthrough pressure increases and the breakthrough time is prolonged,which shows that the plugging performance and scour resistance of profile control agent are very good.In addition,it is finally determined that the injection concentration was 3500mg/L,the radius of profile control is 1/3~1/2 and the best slug combination mode is high-middle-high slug combination,which provides experimental basis for field application of asphalt particle profile control agent according to the experimental result.
