When do the flushing operations in injection wells used binary flooding,it will produce plenty of complicated reverse discharging waste water containing black thick colloid,which can't be effectively dealed with by common technique.The experimental study of preparation of profile control agent by injection wells? reverse discharging colloid in J16 block and effective evaluation have been carried out,for the disposing problem of reverse discharging waste water of injecting wells applying binary flooding in J16 block.Feasibility analysis to the application of reverse discharging waste water shows that reverse discharging waste water mainly contains water,oil,HPAM and other organics.Utilized polymer in waste water to prepare profile control agent and selected out the good organic profile control agent of volume expansion grains(5%~15% of delaying expansion agent,reverse discharging grains),double-fluid method(reverse discharging grains,5% of delay expansion agent,2% of prompting sediment agent)and weak gel(5%~10% of lacteal reverse discharging water,0.2% of cross-linking agent B,0.2%~0.6% of initiator).The results of blocking off cores' experiments conclude that weak gel profile control agent consist of 10% of lacteal reverse discharging water,0.2% of cross-linking agent B and initiator can seal layers with high permeability,terribly enhance distributary ability of low permeability layers,but reduce that of high permeability layers.Injecting 0.6PV of this weak gel profile control agent into the three different permeability cores can enhance the oil recovery of low,middle and high permeability layers at the same time,making the overall recovery efficiency enhancing 27.81%.
