Along with the development of society,the acceleration process of industrialization,there is a grave shortage of water resources in China.Coking industry is a basic industry of our country's industrial production,the components of coking waste water is diversiform,concentration is higher,the toxicity is bigger,and not easy to degrade.Coking waste water including a lot of inorganic and organic pollutants,improper handling can cause serious harm to the environment.For the treatment of coking waste water,reaching the standard discharge is the most basic requirement,and realizing the recycling of water resources is the ultimate goal.In order to achieve zero discharge of coking wastewater,deep treatment and reuse of coking wastewater is the best choice,and to explore a high efficiency and low cost deep treatment technology is the urgent need of coking wastewater deep treatment.At present,there are many research methods for advanced treatment of coking wastewater at home and abroad.The reaction condition of chemical oxidation treatment is severe and the operation cost is generally high.Biological treatment is mainly used in secondary treatment of wastewater,and the management conditions are high,and the operating costs are high.The physical process is much simpler,the process conditions are mild,the operation cost is low.Therefore,the subject of the main process of the selection of physical methods.Based on the small-scale experimental study of 2 m3/h treatment capacity in the field,the project completed the in-depth treatment of coking wastewater after biochemical treatment through the integrated process of "flocculation and precipitation + physical adsorption + low-pressure film filtration + desalination treatment",so as to make it reach the standard of reuse water.Physical adsorption first selects the mature activated carbon for adsorption treatment,after confirming the feasibility of the process,through on-site sampling,the adsorption of coke powder for experimental verification,to achieve the coke powder instead of activated carbon for physical adsorption process innovation,to achieve the purpose of resource recycling.Through experiments,it is concluded that flocculation precipitation,activated carbon adsorption and low-pressure membrane filtration have obvious treatment effects on wastewater.The three-stage removal process can guarantee the effluent quality,and the TOC concentration is controlled at about 11 mg/L,and the TN concentration is controlled at about 6 mg/L.The adsorption of coke powder instead of activated carbon was verified.The effluent TOC of the coke powder adsorption process was stable between 9-12mg/L and the removal rate was between 45.5-70%.Coke powder could be used instead of activated carbon for physical adsorption.Finally,after the reverse osmosis desalination process,the effluent conductivity is 283 s/cm,and the desalination rate of the system is calculated to be 93.7 %.By comparing the values of the treated wastewater,it can be concluded that the water quality is obviously better than that of the net ring water,which is very close to thequality of the industrial new water,and can be completely recycled as the industrial new water.The process of "flocculation and precipitation + coke powder adsorption +low pressure film filtration + reverse osmosis desalination" is used to carry out in-depth treatment of coking wastewater,so as to achieve zero pollutant discharge and realize on-site resource recycling.
