| Food is what matters to the people,of which safety comes first.Food safety has been closely related with individual interest.However,the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents makes people doubt the quality of food and question that who should be responsible for this situation,morally decayed businessmen,ineffective supervision of government or consumers with inadequate safety awareness.Based on the current situation in YangLing,this paper focuses on the quality of and supervision system of food safety,covering food producing and processing,circulation and catering enterprises by using literature analysis,questionnaire and interview.The results are as follows:(1)In general,the overall pass rate of food safety inspection results for the two years 2015 and 2016 is 97%,and 2016 is 0.9% higher than in 2015,the overall level changing to stable and better.There are 250 complaint calls in last 5 years,accounting for 53.65%,and complaint by letters makes up 35.62%.Consumers going to the Food and Drug Administration and appealing to help only takes 4.08%,and cases transferred from other law enforcement agencies hold 6.65%.Proportions of procedures leading to food safety problems are different,of which producing and processing accounts for 65.64%,followed by restaurant consumption 19.31%,circulation 12.32% and others 2.73%.The satisfactory survey about the consumption of food and beverage has been conducted.The percentage of very satisfied,satisfied,ordinary and not satisfied is 15%,26%,52% and 7%.(2)There are still serious food safety problems in producing and processing in Yangling.The unqualified rate of sample,food producing and processing is the highest,is 4.4%.Investigations show the main contributor is food processing workshops.The unqualified rate of sample steamed bread is the highest,reaching to 60.9%,followed by cooked meat 14.29%.Both of them are due to excessive microorganism,a substandard sanitary condition in producing and processing branch of small workshops.(3)Through sampling inspection for 535 batches of items,such as aquatic products,alcohol,honey,dairy products and beverage,12 batches are unqualified,making up 2.2%.The study indicates 50% physiochemical index of circulation are under standard,the consequent of loose control of purchasing and inappropriate storage methods.(4)The food safety of the food and beverage sectors for sampling in Yangling,the unqualified food are from small restaurants,small food stores,accounting for more than 60% of the restaurants,the survey found that consumers worried about the non pre packaged food that restaurants purchased(vegetables,poultry,eggs and meat)have greater security risks,accounting for up to 43%.The second is the pre packaged food(rice,noodles,oil,wine)was 32%,25% for self catering food processing.(5)This paper will put forward some targeted suggestions,like strengthen enforcement and make innovations and propaganda,make contributions to improving local food safety supervision system and encourage consumers to participate in related activities so that they could get access to safe,qualified and reliable products. |
