The development of social economy promotes people to pay more attention to food quality and safety.Especially in recent years,frequent food security problems have not only brought some losses to the social and economic development,but also damaged the health of consumers,and even affected the stability of the whole society.Therefore,the central and local governments attach great importance to the problem of food security,so they must implement strict product quality and safety access system,strengthen product supervision and management,use modern information detection means,establish food security evaluation standards,based on the analysis of food data,to facilitate follow-up expert decision-making.This paper through the study of intelligent analysis and decision support system based on food security,so as to make consumers know what they buy,and better improve consumer satisfaction.In this system,the wheat element species and content of Hebei,Henan,Shandong and Shanxi provinces were selected as the research object,and the support vector machine(SVM)algorithm with higher accuracy was selected as the producing area decision algorithm after comparing and analyzing the source data with the decision tree algorithm.At the same time,after comprehensive comparison of the evaluation indexes of heavy metal pollution in major countries and regions in the world,Cr,Zn,Pb and Cu were selected as the evaluation element standards in the Chinese standard,and the single pollution index method and the comprehensive pollution index method were used as the evaluation methods.The whole system is developed by using B/S structure,JAVA language,MYSQL database storage and front and back end separation,so as to realize the rapid identification of wheat producing areas in different regions,wheat risk rating,data integration + analysis,file uploading and file downloading and other functions,which provides technical support for real experts to make decisions.In the development,the requirements of the system are analyzed first,the overall framework of the system and the design principles of the database are described,and the database of producing areas and risk rating in Henan,Hebei,Shandong and Shaanxi provinces is established.Finally,based on the basic realization of the system function,I perform functional debugging about the system,and it is found that it can meet the design requirements.
