As the main energy,coal plays an indispensable role in the social development and economic construction of our country.Because it contains a lot of impurities in raw coal used directly,will not only reduce the efficiency of energy utilization,a large number of pollutants will release after combustion,cause serious pollution to the environment and harm to human health and survival,therefore become the important link of front-end processing of coal washing clean coal.Due to the large consumption of energy resources and serious pollution in the production process of coal washing industry,it is necessary to thoroughly and comprehensively grasp the pollution and influence of the washing process on the environment.This paper uses life cycle assessment(LCA)theory,using SimaPro software(8.0.4 version)as the main tool to study,with two different Ordos(jigging coal washing technology,coal washery)as the research object,through the analysis on the generation of the production process of material,energy and pollutants,established from the raw coal into the plant,coal washing,product production,the whole process of life cycle assessment model of energy consumption,waste disposal,quantitative analysis and evaluation of various stages of coal inventory resources,energy consumption and environmental load,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)jigging process on environmental impact value is less than the heavy medium coal preparation process,jigging process is more environmentally friendly,but the jigging coal preparation efficiency is lower compared with the heavy medium coal preparation efficiency.(2)The two stages in the process of coal washing are the coal washing stage,the main contribution is from the coal combustion,power generation,the greenhouse effect caused by CO2 and the resource consumption caused by coal combustion and power generation.
