Garbage pneumatic pipeline system is widely used in some developed countries in recent years,a new type of city life garbage collection and transportation mode,it will waste collection from ground to underground,from exposure to closed,from manual to automatic control,from the fundamental solution to the use of a lot of manpower and material resources and space to the traditional garbage collection and transport problems,basically eliminate pollution two waste collection and transportation process.It is to improve the environmental quality has been gradually recognized,and more and more prominent advantages in the field of garbage collection,has great potential for development,at present,many domestic city started to pay attention and construction of the similar system.This paper takes the garbage pneumatic pipeline transportation system of Envac group as the object of study.Firstly,through literature review,field investigation,theoretical analysis,physical mapping and other methods,to study the process principle of the system,the working principle of the main study system,structure and related equipment important role.Secondly,some important parameters in the system to get through the field test measurement system of pipeline transport properties,the main research system under different working conditions,the pressure distribution of the pipeline,pipeline transport velocity and pressure loss of garbage in garbage separator in the pipeline.Finally,an in-depth study by the method of numerical simulation characteristics of core equipment of garbage separator in the system,the main research system in normal operation,the flow field in the separator refuse the velocity distribution,pressure distribution and separation efficiency and speed,garbage separator particle size effect on the separation efficiency.Through the research of this paper,the process principle of the system is analyzed in detail,and some core parameters and characteristics of the system are given.The pressure loss law of the core equipment waste separator is found,and the flow field distribution Characteristics,separation efficiency and separation performance.For the latter part of the domestic research and development,improve the optimization,independent production,reduce construction and operation costs to do basic work.
