The packaging barrel of instant noodles instant noodles paper barrel,in the production line after delivery,and add the bread into the material bag,pressing cover,pressing surface packaging,plastic skin packaging and other processes.In the multi step flow process,because the force and position error,will inevitably lead to the barrel deformation,the bottom of the barrel,the barrel bottom perforation with dirt and other packaging defects,the packaging quality problems if you cannot avoid,not only will greatly affect the interests of consumers,will also affect the economic interests of producers of instant noodles.The defect detection of instant noodles barrel packaging,visual inspection system with sensor and camera as the core,to the image processing and pattern recognition algorithm is the core of software defect detection technology,can effectively complete the instant noodles barrel.Visual detection belongs to non-contact measurement of typical,will not cause damage to the two barrels of instant noodles;image processing and pattern recognition algorithm,to detect package defects in a software mode can greatly improve the real-time detection and detection efficiency.The research work of this paper is as follows,First,the two kinds of instant noodles barrel barrels,kegs of image description,and then analyzes the possible five kinds of defects,and to determine in the barrel body deformation,joint defects,the bottom of the barrel,the barrel bottom broken dirty four types of defects as the main object detection.The hardware system of the visual inspection of the packaging defects of the instant noodle barrel is constructed.Second,the visual inspection method of the barrel body deformation and joint defects in the packaging of instant noodles is studied.In this paper,the basic algorithms of gray processing and two value processing are described.A contour tracking method based on chain code table is constructed.Third,according to the instant noodles barrel packaging barrel bottom dirt defect and damage defects of vision detection.A three stage preprocessing method is constructed,which includes mean filtering,Gauss filtering and Laplace sharpening.The morphological method is improved and applied to the bottom of the barrel with dirt defect detection.Three kinds of edge detection methods are compared,and the Canny edge detection method is selected to detect the bottom of the image.Fourth,the paper designs the defect detection software of instant noodle barrel packaging.The basic function and four kinds of defect detection functions are displayed on the software interface.After that,the performance of defect detection software is analyzed from two aspects of detection time and detection accuracy.
