Research Of ABR+A/O Process For Instant Noodle Seasoning Production Wastewater Treatment

The instant noodle processing industry has developed rapidly in recent years,there are many different flavors of instant noodles on the market.Instant noodle has the characteristics of strong taste,unique flavor and convenience,is popular with consumers and occupies a certain market share of fast food.In the face of an increasing number of instant noodle production enterprises,the effects of sewage on the surrounding environment can not be underestimated.The object is instant noodle seasoning production wastewater,the main pollutants in wastewater containing COD_cr?BOD₅?SS?animal and plant oil,All the water quality indexes are higher.A large number of oils and fats in the wastewater will be cooled and condensed in the course of treatment,which will cause corrosion to pipeline and equipment.At the same time,some biological species will be lost and the number of microbes will be reduced.Capsaicin in wastewater can inhibit the propagation of microorganisms and lead to longer incubation time.These are the difficulties to be considered in this project.The design process for the production of sewage?grid pool?oil separator?regulation pool?ABR pool?A/O?sedimentation tank to reach the standard.The ABR anaerobic pool is an improved form,using ABR+AF?that is,to set up biological fillers in the ABR anaerobic pool?.Compared with the simple ABR anaerobic tank,the improved form shortens the start-up time of the anaerobic pond and the incubation time of the anaerobic microorganism.The ABR anaerobic pool makes use of anaerobes to hydrolyze,acidification and methanation of organic pollutants,improve the biodegradability of sewage,and then conduct further processing of pollutants through a follow-up A/O pool.In the A/O process,the concentration of dissolved oxygen is strictly controlled in the facultative tank.It can be maintained in the facultative state to select the dominant strains,and has the function of stabilizing the activated sludge concentration in the aerobic tank.The 30min sludge settling ratio in the aerobic tank is25%³5%.When it gets high,it can reduce the COD_cr,BOD₅ and NH₃-N in the sewage to a lower level,and the effluent reaches the comprehensive discharge standard of the national sewage.
