The PFU and hydrophore method were used to survey on the water quality of six samples in Xixi Wetland from May 2015 to April 2016.A total of 72 water samples were carried out.We did a preliminary research on the species,numbers,abundance of protozoa and environmental factors.The results showed that(1)It is closely related between the distribution characteristics of protozoa and environmental factors in the change of anniversary.191 species of protozoa was identified,including 28flagellates,57sarcodines,106ciliates,and the ciliates was one of the main components.There were 7 dominant species were carried out,including Glenodinium gymnodinium,Actinophrys sol,Euglena caudate,Coleps elongates,Lagynophrya retractilis,Glaucoma macrostoma and Cristigera minuta.(2)The seasonal change was obvious on the species,numbers,the abundance of protozoa and the environmental factors in Xixi Wetland.The peak value of the species number appeared in May,July and October.It indicated that the number of species were relatively high in spring,summer and autumn.While the peak value of the abundance of the species were more richer in spring and summer.(3)The structure parameters of the species showed that the index of parameters were higher in the spring and summer.The function parameters showed that the Seq species of sample A and B were the most in the spring,autumn and winter.The trend of 4 seasonal cluster curves was basically the same,the protozoa reached a balance in about 15 days.(4)The analysis of BIOENV revealed that protozoan community had obvious correlation between species structure and environmental factors.The group of TP,NO3-N,pH was most relevant.(5)Overall Xixi Wetland showed a transition from the eutrophy to clean water in recent years.But the index of TP was still higher.(6)Based on the results of the previous three years research,the comparative analysis showed that water quality has improved in Xixi Wetland.It had been further proved that the detection of protozoa was reliable and accurate in water quality evaluation...
