With the urgent demand of various kinds of mine resources in our country's economic construction,the application of open-pit blasting in mine production is becoming more and more widespread.How to solve the problem of dust pollution caused by surface blasting and realize safe and green production has become a major problem to be solved at present.The quarry were used as the test platform,the open hole blasting dust diffusion test and water spilled into the fog blasting test,numerical simulation,and put forward a set of the blasting dust pollution in open pit deep hole rock dust technology.In the experiment of dust diffusion in open hole rock blasting,the dust diffusion model is divided into take-off stage,mushroom cloud stage and diffusion stage by establishing dust diffusion physical model.At the same time,it is found that the blasting dust is the most important dust source in the dust sources,and the main characteristics of the dust pollution are two times pollution and uncontrollable pollution range.Thus,for the outdoor dust pollution problem put forward water fog dust blasting scheme.In order to get the bag out blasting explosion parameters of fog,the analysis of the main factors which affect the rate of water mist blasting,the key factor is to determine the quantity of explosive loaded water and water bag.Subsequently,the dosage and water fog variation rate of blasting field test indicates that the data of unit volume of water,when the water consumption per unit volume in 0.45 ~ 0.55g/L water fog blasting effect is the best.In order to test the feasibility of dust control technology,using FLUENT to establish close to the actual physical model,were simulated without dust dust measures under the diffusion process,the calculation results show that the technology will be dust time shortened by 66.7%,dust removal rate is as high as 74.17%.When applied to practical projects,it is found that the actual rate of dust reduction is above 84%,and the effect of dust reduction is obvious.
