In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and culture,the process of industrialization has also accelerated significantly.At the same time as the economy is developing vigorously,environmental pollution problems have followed.As the most common type of pollution in our daily life,dust pollution is already familiar to the human body.Dust pollution is one of the most important sources of pollution in the open pit mining process,producing a large amount of dust in all aspects of its production.Open-pit mine dust is difficult to suppress,and the current treatment method is extremely simple and extensive,and it is not effective to control the dust from the source of dust.This paper takes the Harwusu open-pit coal mine as the research background.Firstly,according to the literature,the causes of dust generation in all aspects of open-pit mine production are summarized.The proportion of dust emissions in each link is listed,and the core content of this paper is determined.Secondly,the image of the blasting is imaged,and the dusting mechanism is obtained by image analysis and rock blasting force simulation.The corresponding water seal blasting dust reduction scheme is proposed.Then the Fluent software is used to simulate the Water Infusion Blasting area and the common blasting area.The dust concentration is compared.Finally,the field verification test is carried out according to the parameter setting in the simulation.The high-speed camera is used to capture the blasting process of the water-sealed blasting area and the non-water bag area,and the dust concentration is compared according to the gray value of the screenshots of the two areas to obtain the dust reduction.Efficient.The results of the field test are basically consistent with the simulation results,and the dust reduction rate is as high as 75% or more.This paper draws on the traditional water-sealed blasting method and makes some improvements at the same time: the first use of degradable water bags can reduce the cost and time cost of secondary sorting broken water bags after blasting;the water bag is not sealed and placed in the upper part of the blasthole.The aqueous solution is more easily atomized and jumped,and the dust reduction rate can be improved.The conclusions of this paper can provide theoretical and practical reference value for rock blasting and dust reduction using detonating tube detonation method,which lays a foundation for subsequent experimental research.
