The Study On Resource Comprehensive Treatment Of Steel Pickling Waste Liquid

Abstract/Summary:
The main purpose of this paper was how to deal with the steel pickling liquid waste effectively so as to not only use this raw materials but also solve the environmental pollution problems caused by steel pickling liquid waste.In this paper,the raw materials of all the experiments was steel pickling liquid waste.Contents of this paper was divided into three parts,the first part was to make the steel pickling liquid waste concluding zinc irons as raw material,and then synthesize nano zinc ferrite by co-precipitation process;the second part was to deal with the steel pickling liquid waste and rinse liquid at the same time and synthesize red iron oxide;the third part was to make the steel pickling liquid waste not concluding zinc irons as reactant and then prepare polymeric ferric chloride.Products synthesized by these experiments were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and particle size analysis and so on.The study carried out a preparation method of Zinc ferrite by Steel pickling liquid waste including zinc irons for the first time and at the same time solved the pollution problem caused by iron and zinc.By study the effects of the reaction concentration,reaction temperature,reaction time,calcination temperature and calcination time on the zinc ferrite products synthesized,the results showed that the optimum conditions were: the reaction concentration 1.0mol/L-1.5mol/L,the reaction temperature 70℃-80℃,the reaction time 1.0h,the calcination temperature 800℃,the calcination time 2h-3h.Then the pure nano-zinc ferrite powder product with uniform50-100 nm particles sizes,good distribution,granular morphology was obtained under these conditions.The other innovation of this paper was to use the steel pickling waste together with the rinse liquid produced during the production process of bleach to prepare iron oxide red.Under the premise to prepare red iron oxide,the paper focused on study the effects of reaction temperature and the calcination temperature on the red iron oxide product were mainly studied.The results showed: when the reaction temperature was70-80℃,the calcination temperature was 800℃,the red iron oxide with bright color,uniform 150-300 nm particle sizes,spherical morphology,no impurity peaks were obtained.The paper also carried out a study on the effect of the type of stabilizer on polymeric ferric chloride products.The results showed that: when the stabilizer was KH2PO4,H3PO4 and calculated the quality of stabilizer(KH2PO4,H3PO4)by the formula n(P)/ n(Fe2+)= 0.15,under this conditions the product polymerization ferric chloride obtained can be stored for 6 months or more;when the stabilizer was changed as acetic acid,citric acid,and the quality of the stabilizer was calculated by the formula m(stabilizer)/ m(Fe2+)= 0.02,the results showed product can be stored for only a few days,it was suitable for immediate use.This work broke the traditional mode of waste disposal and introduced the preparation techniques of materials,at the same time solved the harmfulness of heavy metal irons such as iron and zinc in the Steel pickling liquid waste,highlighted the resource concept of "waste to treasure".This study not only to solve environmental pollution problems caused by Steel pickling liquid waste in the the steel industry effectively,but also to achieve high economic efficiency through high value-added products,laying a solid foundation for the comprehensive industrial resource treatment of the above-mentioned treatment methods.
