Currently the eutrophication of landscape water eutrophication has become one of the major environmental problems.Once the eutrophication of urban landscape water occurs,it could lead to the loss of the treatment of landscape water and its self-purification capacity,seriously affecting the surrounding natural and living environment.It is particularly important to solving the eutrophication and restoring its ecological functions of landscape water.The ecological restoration technology of scenic water has become a hot topic.In this paper,eutrophic landscape water treatment effect of different fillers,plants,aeration were compared.Countering the characteristics of the low growth rate of aerobic denitrifying bacteria in the natural water,immobilized denitrifying bacteria particles were made as the means to strengthen the ecological floating bed.Fillers floating bed,fillers with aeration floating bed,plants floating bed were constructed to screen filler,aeration and plants.PVA-freezing method was used to embed bacteria,which was taken from a wastewater treatment plant in Tianjin secondary settling tank sludge,prepare an immobilized particles and study its denitrification performance.Combine the screening of filler,aeration,plant immobilized particles to study the treatment effect.The results showed that ceramic treatment effect on the water was better than vermiculite in the combination of different fillers ecological floating bed system.Canna plant was better than small cattail and yellow iris in the best plant screening experiments for eutrophic landscape water treatment effect.In optimum aeration rate of screening tests,the water treatment effect of 5L/min,7.5L/min and 10L/min were similar.The removal rate of CODCr were 28.55%,30.36% and 32.18%,respectively.The removal rate of TN were about 40%.Taking into account the conditions of energy conservation,5L/min was chosen as the optimum aeration.A better performance Pseudomonas putida was obtained after screening.The removal rate of NO3--N can reach 74% after the bacteria were embedded for 48 hours.Use the filler,optimal aeration quantity,plant chose through above studies and immobilized particles made through above studies to form different floating beds.It's include blank devices,aeration floating bed,floating bed only contain aerating device,floating bed combined by aerating apparatus and filler,floating bed combined by aerating apparatus,filler and plant,floating bed combined by aerating apparatus,filler,plant and Immobilized particles.Through study capacity of these floating beds,we conclude several results.After the study,we found that aeration play a significant role in the removal of TN,NH4+-N and CODCr of water,and only through aerating the removal of NH4+-N can get very good effect.Ceramsite can partly remove the nitrogen in the water.Plants have promoting effect to eliminate the NO3--N,but plants could increase TN and CODCr content in the water,because the temperature of the laboratory is higher for the growth of plants,and it leads to the secondary pollution.Immobilized particles can enhance the removal efficiency of nitrogen in water,and relieve the phenomenon of the accumulation of NO2--N in water.
