With the rapid economic development and industrialization,the contradiction between energy consumption and environmental issues become increasingly prominent,has become the primary problem restricting economic development.To solve this problem the world have taken different measures,but mainly controlled from energy efficiency,increasing environmental requirements for the next great environment,a wide range of fuel-efficient cars are mushrooming into the market.Therefore,some of the world largest engineering companies see this opportunity,all have the hybrid working machine as a new R & D direction.This article takes YHC-6 Underground LHD targeted study on dynamic characteristics under normal operating conditions,the scraper in the conditions of the energy transmission,power distribution,analysis obtained under a duty cycle of power and scrapers load versus time relationships.According to the composition scraper power system is proposed practices applicable to the work cycle scraper,presented its constitution in the typical conditions of the working principle and work equipment parts,parts of the scrapers and the overall force carried out analysis,drawn with three-dimensional graphics software Solidworks solid model YHC-6 Underground scraper,with the ADAMS analysis software to establish a prototype model and analyzed through dynamic simulation of underground LHD working bodies,too out of the mutual relations between the scraper at various load download load operating conditions change.The proposed operating mode,load characteristics,under scraper underground work cycle engineering characteristics and hybrid systems architecture program analysis method for the next hybrid scraper provided basic data and new energy flow and distribution direction.
