Nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds are a class of highly bioactive substances,and widely used in our lives.It plays important roles in the synthesis of natural products or drugs,and in the field of organic catalysis and solar cell etc.Therefore,the synthesis of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds has become an important branch in the field of organic synthesis.For example,from isonitrile or alkyne,some important heterocyclic compounds such as pyrazole,triazole have been constructed.Our research group continues our efforts to develop new synthetic methods for such nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds.Recently,we have proceeded some important progress on silver catalyzed chemical reactions.This thesis focused on the catalytic activity of silver complexes,a silver complex was developed and its application in the synthesis of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds has been explored.First,silver complexes [Ag2(t-Bu3tpy)2(NO3)2] were prepared using silver nitrate and t-Bu3 tpy in acetonitrile at 25°C.Then,the catalytic reactivity of this complex [Ag2(t-Bu3tpy)2(NO3)2] were investigated in the reaction of allene and PhI=NTs under mild conditions,in which a series of nitrogen-containing four-membered heterocyclic compound were synthesized.This reaction expanded the applications of PhI=NTs in organic synthesis and provided new methods for the construction of natural products or drugs.The reaction is simple and efficient,proceeds from easily-available substrates under mild conditions.
