In the field of Coordination Chemistry,Nitrogen containing ligands has been attracted much attention for decades.In this thesis,synthesis of new nitrogen-containing structure complexes as researching goal to carry out the work,starting from the construction of multi-dimensional structure of complex,to study its coordination characteristics.Schiff-based ligands and N-heterocyclic carbene ligands are choosen to study in this thesis.Inside,different nitrogen ligands are designed as building unit,and appropriate transition metal-salt for coordination.As a result,three new structures are obtained from above mentioned complexes.The complexes are characterized by IR,single-crystal diffractometer,and SQu ID magnetometry stuies on magnetic property are also discussed.1.Complex Ni L13is prepared through the coordination reaction.The bidentate ligand schiff base HL1,was electrophilically substituted by pyrrolidine 2-formaldehyde molecule to form a new multidentate schiff base ligand HL13,and then coordinates with Ni(II)ions in the aprotic solvent of acetonitrile to form a complex.From the crystal data,it can be seen that crystal Ni L13 belongs to the orthogonal crystal system,the space group Pca21,and Ni L13 is mononuclear structure whose structural unit is composed of a Ni(II)ion and a ligand HL13.The Ni(II)ions in Ni L13form a planar quadrilateral configuration with the ligand HL13in the manner of tetrad coordination.2.Cu L12is a heterocyclic complexes prepared through the reaction of the ligands HL12,pyridine acid,and Cu(II)ions in the protic solvent methanol under base condition.The crystallographic studies show that,cell unit of Cu L12 cell units contain two independent structure unit,one is a mesoionic ligand 2,3-diphenyltetrazole-5-thione ligand,derived from an unusual cyclization of diphenylthiocarbazone.the other one is a tetra-coordinate planar Cu(II)complexes.The mesoionic ligand HL12 is weakly interacted with a planar Cu(II)complex via S…Cu electrostatic force while S donor atom sits on the top of a pyramidal geometry of five-coordinated Cu(II)complex.3.The formation of complex Ni L11 is prepared through the coordination reaction of the ligands HL11,postassium carbonate,and nickel cholride in refluxing solvent of methyl alcohol.The imidazole salt ligand HL11,which is the N-heterocyclic carbene precursor.The protons are removed by in situ reaction to generate free carbine,then coordinated with nickel cholride to obtain the complex Ni L11.From the crystal data:crystal Ni L11 belongs to the tetragonal crystal system,space group P4(3)2(1)2,Ni L11is a complex of mononuclear structure,and its structural unit is composed of a Ni(II)ion and a ligand HL11 molecule.The Ni(II)ions in Ni L11 are in the form of tetra-coordination,forming a planar quadrilateral configuration with HL11.
