This paper introduced the development of water-soluble fertilizers and the research progress of water-salt phase diagram, studied the phase diagrams of Mn-Cu,Zn-Mn, Zn-Mn-Cu water-salt system, a new method to prepare trace elements water-soluble fertilizers by combining water-salt phase diagram and soil-testing fertilizer, investigated the effects of Mn-Cu, Zn-Mn and Zn-Mn-Cu trace elements water-soluble fertilizers on crops, the design and industrialization of 300 tons/year of trace elements water-soluble fertilizers were studied.By adopting isothermal dissolution equilibrium method, researched the phase equilibrium of MnSO4-CUSO4-H2O?ZnSO4-MnSO4-H2O?ZnSO4-MnSO4-CuSO4-H2O system under 0 ??10 ??25 °??pH=2 and pH=3, and drawn phase diagrams of MnSO4-CuSO4-H2O and ZnSO4-MnSO4-H2O by Origin software, and drawn phase diagrams of ZnSO4-MnSO4-CuSO4-H2O by Matlab software. By comparing the phase diagram of MnSO4-CuSO4-H2O and ZnSO4-MnSO4-H2O at different temperatures under the same pH,the saturated solubility of ZnSO4·H2O?MnSO4·H2O and CuSO4·5H2O increased with the increase of temperature; by comparing the phase diagram of MnSO4-CuSO4-H2O and ZnSO4-MnSO4-H2O at different pH under the same temperatures,the saturated solubility of ZnSO4·H2o and CuSO4·H2O increased with the increase of pH, however the saturated solubility of MnSO4·H2O decreased with the increase of pH.According to the phase diagrams of MnSO4-CuSO4-H2O?ZnSO4-MnSO4-H2O?ZnSO4-MnSO4-CuSO4-H2O under different temperatures?pH and trace elements water-soluble fertilizer agriculture industry standard technical indicators, obtained Mn-Cu?Zn-Mn?Zn-Mn-Cu trace elements water-soluble fertilizer formulations areas of different temperatures and pH; when the temperature is 10 degrees, formulated Mn-Cu, Zn-Mn trace elements water-soluble fertilizer with good storage properties.Through example analysis, the combination of soil-testing and manure compounding with Mn-Cu?Zn-Mn and Zn-Mn-Cu water-soluble fertilizers could provide the theoretical basis for the preparation of trace element water-soluble fertilizers.Studied the effect of Mn-Cu and Zn-Mn trace element water-soluble fertilizers on maize by hydroponics, the result shows: compared with CK, the Mn-Cu and Zn-Mn trace element water-soluble fertilizers could increase plant height, increase shoot fresh weight and root fresh weight, and decrease root length of maize. Foliar spraying Zn-Mn-Cu trace elements water-soluble fertilizer, corn growing well, dark green leaves, plant growth robust, compared with the water control, the yield per acre was 13.1%; compared with the CK, the yield per acre was 13%, 135.5 yuan per mu of new income, economic efficiency was significant.The technical scheme and production scheme of 300 tons/year of trace element water-soluble fertilizer process design and industrialization project were discussed,and the environmental impact and economic benefit of the project were analyzed.
