With the development of laser technology,laser processing has gradually become a new high technology.Through continuous reform and innovation,it has become an indispensable part of industry.Meanwhile,it is the representative of the advanced technology.At present,laser cutting is the most mature technology in laser processing technology.It is widely applied in automobiles,machinery manufacturing and aerospace and other fields.However,processing base material are mostly on smaller metal laser reflection,such as low carbon steel,stainless steel materials.The research for cutting aluminum alloy is less.In the actual cutting process,we will meet all kinds of surface profile,naturely introduce some influencing factors.Therefore,how to select proper parameters cutting arc and sew array is an important topic.First and foremost,this paper introduces the research background and significance,and domestic and foreign development present situation.After that,the generation of laser,characteristics of laser,energy conversion are described.Finally,we generalize the quality of laser cutting factors and evaluation criteria.In the experimental analysis,single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment was carried out on the laser cutting arc to study,and it is used to explore the influence degree of arc radius,laser power,cutting speed and nitrogen pressure on cutting quality.Establish the BP neural network,equation expression of roughness and hang slag can be obtained.Combining genetic algorithm to forecast arc cutting parameters,the optimum parameters of laser cutting circular arc are reached.Then,according to the laser cutting arc steps to analyze slot array.In turn through single factor test and orthogonal test,the establishment of neural network and genetic algorithm,we have got the kerf width difference nonlinear equation and the best parameter of cutting seam array.In the aspect of experiment verification,the prediction parameters of the circular arc and the slot array is used for the actual cutting.It is no hard to find the conclusion that the cutting quality compared to the original has improved to a certain extent.It verify the prediction by the method of laser parameters on the actual production has a realistic significance.
