| People in the pursuit of improving the level of material life at the same time,but also in the pursuit of spiritual life with the continuous development of social economy,this has prompted the development of recreational facilities industry.At present,there are many domestic amusement theme parks,the amusement equipment is one of the most popular entertainment items among them.Drive shaft is an important part of the transmission torque in the running of the amusement equipment,due to the complex operating conditions of amusement equipment,sometimes in full load,or in a partial load,the speed of the equipment is usually more than30km/h from the highest point to the lowest point,Drive shaft not only bear the weight of the amusement equipment,but also bear the centrifugal force.If the drive shaft breaks at work,the consequences will be disastrous.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the fatigue reliability of the drive shaft of the amusement equipment.In order to improve the safety of the whole structure and the reliability of the drive shaft,a amusement equipment with vibration damping function is proposed and designed,Which includes a main body frame,Motor vibration damping structure,Spinning structure,guide structure and track.The optimized structure can not only meet the safety requirements of preventing-derailment,preventingoverturning and limiting position,but also reduce the impact on the main force components under the buffer structure.According to the GB 8408-2008,the kinematics analysis,motor starting torque analysis and driving shaft force analysis are carried out.In the running process of amusement equipment,equipment accidents and other problems are arising,which caused by fatigue of drive shaft.In the paper,The simulation on the fatigue of the drive shaft inside the flying saucer amusement equipment is done using the finite element analysis theory and NCODE fatigue analysis software.Firstly,the amusement equipment is simplified and modeledaccording to the equipment working condition.Then,the ADAMS finite element analysis software is used to analyze the dynamics.As a result,the topological configuration of the multi-body system is presented and the load time history of the drive shaft is obtained.Next,by using NCODE fatigue analysis software,fatigue reliability analysis of the drive shaft is made,the nephograms of the fatigue results of the drive shaft and the fatigue life of each node are obtained,from which the location and fatigue life of the drive shaft easily destroyed are also confirmed.Combined with the conclusion,the method for improving the service life of the drive shaft is proposed. |
