Porous organic frameworks material (POFs) is a novel functionalized porous material with good chemical stability and thermal stability composed of lighter elements in the periodic table of the elements in a strongly covalent manner. As a new type of porous material, it has been widely used in gas storage, separation, catalysis and optoelectronic materials.POFs have a great advantage in chromatographic separation and sample pretreatment for their high specific surface area, permanent pore structure and good chemical/thermal stability. The preparation of SNW-1 modified silica gel stationary phase and the chromatographic behavior were studied in this paper. Then, the self-made nitrogen-rich porous organic skeleton material SNW-1 was used as solid phase extraction filler for the concentration and determination of benzopyrene in food. The paper include the following three parts:1. SNW-1 modified silica gel packed column was prepared and used to complete the separation of eight monosubstituted benzene, the effect for separation is good. The chromatographic properties of the modified column were also investigated from the aspects of mobile phase ratio, injection volume, column temperature and flow rate.2. The separation ability of polycyclic aromatic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs), phenols, nucleosides and flavonoids was studied by using SNW-1 modified silica gel as chromatographic stationary phase. The separation ability of the modified column was satisfactory. The results show that there is not only hydrophobic interaction between the stationary phase and the solute molecule, but also the complex action force such as ?-?, hydrogen bonding and inclusion.3. The self-made nitrogen-rich porous organic frameworks material SNW-1 was used as solid phase extraction filler for the concentration and determination of benzopyrene in food. The solid phase extraction conditions were optimized from the aspects of the amount of adsorbent, the type and amount of eluent, the speed of loading, the volume of sample loading and the material recycling rate. A method for the determination of benzopyrene in SPE-HPLC-FLD food was established. The detection limit of the method was 0.5 ng/g; The limit of quantification is 1.9 ng/g. The method has good accuracy and precision, the relative standard deviation is between 1.1% and 6.3%, and the recoveries of benzopyrene are in the range of 69% -96%.
