Safety is always the target of production and development in coal production enterprises,the quality of production safety is an important factor to restrict the level of safety.In order to ensure a better state of safety,China's coal production enterprises increase their investment in security resources every year,but because of the high level of investment to improve the safety state is limited.The main reason is that there are competitive relationships within the internal resource allocation of coal production enterprises.Therefore,how to optimize the safety resource allocation of coal production enterprises in the requirements of ensuring the safety level,have become a very important problem urgently to be solved for the safe and high efficient production of the enterprises.Based on the requirements of improving the safety level under the dynamic change of the reality demand.In this paper,BP neural network theory is used to construct the security resource allocation model and the improved PSO algorithm is used to solve the model.The main research contents and innovations of this thesis include:(1)Build a security resource allocation model.BP neural network is used to train the relationship between safety input and safety level,defined the objective function of the safety resource allocation model.Based on the minimum total input of security resources as constraint conditions,the security resource allocation model is established.(2)Improved PSO algorithm is used to optimize the model.Because the safety resource allocation of coal production enterprises is a multi variable,multi constrained and nonlinear function relationship,which can easily lead to the optimization of particle swarm optimization algorithm and the low precision of optimization.In this paper,we propose to improve the particle swarm optimization algorithm by using Levy flight mechanism,which is applied to solve the safety resource model,In this paper,we propose to improve the particle swarm optimization algorithm by using Levy flight mechanism,apply the algorithm to solve the safety resource model,and use LF-PSO to optimize the resource allocation model.(3)Take the Z mine of a mining group as an example to carry on the empirical research.To verify the reliability and feasibility of the security resource allocation model,Z coal group was selected for empirical analysis,and the nonlinear relationship between the objective function was fitted by BP neural network method,and then the resource allocation model was established,and LF-PSO was used to optimize the resource allocation model.The results show that the internal relationship of coal mine is complex.The conventional PSO algorithm is prone to premature and slow convergence in the late stages of evolution.In this paper,the Levy flight mechanism is improved by PSO algorithm,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm based on the Levy flight mechanism is proposed,which can quickly and effectively improve the search accuracy and convergence speed.Through the LF-PSO calculation model of optimal solution can reach the appropriate security resource allocation and security level so that the enterprises in the steady improvement.Therefore,this paper not only enriches the theoretical system of the allocation of security resources,but also provides a scientific basis for the allocation of safety resources.
