Pesticides play an important role in preventing crop from diseases,insects and weeds,it can also increase agricultural production.A large number of pesticides were used every year.However,excessive use of pesticides leads to environmental pollution.Pesticides can't be used directly,it always be made into different pesticide formulations.The pesticide formulations include emulsifiable concentrate,powder and wettable powder,suspending agent,microemulsion and emulsion in water.Emulsion in water and microemulsion use water to replace or partially replace organic solvent,so they are called the green pesticide formulations.Surfactant is very important to pesticide formulations,and the green surfactant is an important research topic.Our country produces a large number of rice bran every year,but most of it used to feed animals,so many nutrients are wasted.Nowadays,as a kind of biomass energy,more and more people pay attention to it.The crude rice bran oil can be prepared by pressing or solvent extraction,and the edible rice bran oil can be obtained after a series of refining process.Due to the presence of the active enzyme in rice bran,the content of free fatty acids is high in rice bran oil,so the rice bran can't produce oil directly.After the deep processing of the rice bran oil,many kinds of chemical products can be produced,such as surfactant,cosmetic and so on.In this paper,a series of fatty acid salts were prepared from crude rice bran oil,and they were analysed by FT-IR.The fatty acid salts prepared by the optimal conditions were used as emulsifier in the preparation of water emulsion which has better stability.In the second chapter of the paper,we used crude rice bran oil to prepare fatty acid calcium.Firstly,we got the optimal saponification conditions which were the temperature of 95-100 ?,excess alkali content of 25%,saponification time of 2 h and the mass ratio of crude rice bran oil to water of 1:1.Secondly,the product ofsaponification and calcium chloride were used to prepare fatty acid calcium,the optimal conditions were the temperature of 65 ?,excess salt content of 10%,the mass ratio of water to crude rice bran oil of 7:1.Then,the fatty acid calcium and Tween 80 were used as mixed emulsifier in the preparation of the emulsion in water,and the optimal conditions were mixed emulsifier dosage of 10 wt%,the ratio of fatty acid calcium to Tween 80 of 5:5,the cosurfactant dosage of 0.4 wt% and the mass ratio of oil to water of 5:5.The emulsion in water prepared under the conditions has good stability at room temperature,high temperature and low temperature for a long time.In the third chapter of this paper,we used crude rice bran oil to make the fatty acid zinc and the saponification process was same to the second chapter.The optimal saponification conditions were the temperature of 45 ?;excess salt content of 25%,the mass ratio of water to crude rice bran oil of 6:1.Then,we used fatty acid zinc as emulsifier in the preparation of emulsion in water,which the optimal conditions were the amount of mixed emulsifier of 9 wt%,the ratio of fatty acid zinc to Tween 80 of5:5,cosurfactant dosage of 0.4 wt%,the mass ratio of oil to water of 4:6.The emulsion in water prepared under the conditions has good stability at room temperature and low temperature for a long time.Finally,in the fourth chapter of the paper,the fatty acid magnesium was prepared by crude rice bran oil and the saponification process was same to the second chapter.The optimal conditions of the metathesis reaction were the temperature of 55 ?,the excess salt content of 15%,and the mass ratio of water to the crude rice bran oil of 8:1.We used fatty acid magnesium as emulsifier in the preparation of emulsion in water,the optimal conditions were mixed emulsifier dosage of 7 wt%,the ratio of fatty acid magnesium to Tween 80 of 4:6,the cosurfactant dosage of 0.4 wt% and the mass ratio of oil to water of 3:7.The emulsion in water prepared under the condition has good stability at room temperature,high temperature and low temperature for a long time.
