The 21 st century is the period of rapid development of information technology,communication equipment and electronic appliances,with the consequent pollution of the environment by electromagnetic radiation.Although electromagnetic waves invisible,intangible,but its radiation on the human body organ function great harm.Therefore,it is of great academic and practical value to study the textile products which have the function of radiation protection and take into account the actual cost of the products so that they can be reasonably commercialized.Based on the theory of electromagnetic wave and the theoretical model of wire mesh structure,the properties of anti-electromagnetic radiation fabric were tested by trial-fabricating silver fiber fabric.It was found that the use of silver fiber and chemical fiber blended not only with the similar performance of polyester,Excellent electrical conductivity.Through the research in this paper,it is found that the radiation resistance of the fabric will increase with the increase of the content of the silver-plated fibers.But when the silverplated fibers are distributed evenly in the double-layer and the composite fabric,the radiation-resistance of the fabric will decrease to a certain extent.Radiation protection fabric after repeated washing,the radiation performance will be decreased.The antistatic property and antibacterial property of the fabric were improved after blending with silver fiber and chemical fiber,and the antistatic and antibacterial properties of the fabric were enhanced with the increase of the content of silver-plated fiber,the content of silver-plated fiber was only To reach 8.3%,the fabric of the antibacterial rate of E.coli can reach 96%,when the content reaches 12%,the E.coli inhibition rate can reach 99%.In the above analysis and testing on the basis of market demand for the development of radiation jacquard fabric in the market to meet the needs of the fabric of colleagues,to radiatio n efficiency of 99.9 percent or more,anti-static performance to a level,Secondary requirements,Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus antibacterial rate of 99.9% or more.
