The drillers of the workover rig have a work with long time,heavy load and high concentration of attention.It is easy to cause early fatigue for the drillers with uncomfortable working posture,which will not only affect the work efficiency but also increase the chance of misoperation,persistent and bad working posture for a long time may also increase the risk of certain occupation disease,and cause unrecoverable physical injury.Operating room man-machine layout largely determines the comfort of the working posture of the drillers.In order to delay the emergence of early fatigue in the driller's work,improve the working efficiency and reduce the probability of occupational disease,this paper,from the perspective of biomechanics,puts forward a method of the comfort evaluation model of workover rig operating room based on biomechanical simulation.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper analyzed the current mainstream of several kinds of the discomfort evaluation model,combined with the man-machine layout requirements of the workover rig operating room in the driller scene of the operation analysis,and then put forward the discomfort evaluation model of workover rig operating room based on the degree of muscle activation.(2)This paper,in the software of the AnyBody Modeling System(AMS),established the human-computer interaction simulation model of workover rig operating room,and set up the boundary conditions and kinematic parameters of the simulation model,and then studied the correspondence between the layout parameters of the workover cabin and the discomfort of the human body.This paper regarded the main layout parameters(the position of the brake hinge and the height of the seat)as the independent variables,and then established the local discomfort evaluation model of each part of human-body,further established the evaluation model between the local discomfort of each part of human-body and the discomfort of whole human-body by the correlation analysis method,finally established the discomfort evaluation model of whole human-body by the iteration of the relationship.(3)Based on the simulation experimental platform of workover rig operating room,took P50 percentile human as the subjects,this paper carried out the experiments,used the grey relation projection method to deal with the experimental data,then compared and analyzed the calculation results with the discomfort evaluation model based on the degree of muscle activation,the results preliminarily verified the discomfort evaluation model of workover rig operating room.
