Based on the theory of human biomechanics,this paper explores the relationship between the structural parameters of butterfly machine frame and human physiological parameters,providing a theoretical basis of universal significance for the independent innovation design of butterfly machine frame structure for Chinese people.The work and achievements are summarized as follows:1.According to the Chinese human body database,a Chinese male human body biomechanical model with soft tissues such as bones,joints,skeletal muscles and ligaments was established.Based on a certain butterfly machine,the boundary conditions of the frame structure were redesigned and 3D modeling was carried out.The human butterfly machine system model was coupled with the help of the human biomechanical software anybody Combined motion simulation.2.According to the theory of human biomechanics,the optimal muscle recruitment strategy of the inverse dynamics simulation of chest clamping is explored,which improves the accuracy and rationality of the simulation experiment.Based on the calculation method of muscle activation proposed by crownishield R.3.Taking the relative position of the chair,arm and backrest as the structural parameters of the butterfly machine frame,and taking them as the design variables,using the uniform experimental method to design the experimental scheme,and using the established human butterfly machine system model to carry out the simulation test,the sum of the square of the stress of the pectoralis major under a series of different combinations of design variables for the specific physiological parameters of the human body is obtained Value.The mathematical model between the structural parameters of butterfly machine and the square sum of the stress of pectoralis major was established by using the method of regression analysis.The maximum square sum of the stress of the muscle was taken as the objective function to optimize the structural parameters of the frame.The relative positions of the seat,the arm and the backrest were obtained to make the specific exerciser have the best exercise effect.4.According to the Chinese human body database,a series of exercisers with different physiological parameters are set up.According to the above methods,simulation experiments are carried out to obtain the optimal exercise effect of the human body with different physiological parameters.The prediction equation between the human physiological parameters and the optimal frame structure parameters is established by regression function method.5.Taking a specific subject as an example,a prototype was made according to the established prediction equation,and the design rationality of the butterfly machine was verified and analyzed by EMG experiment.Through the application of this typical example,the design method and process of butterfly machine are summarized.This paper provides an important theoretical basis for the independent innovation design of butterfly machine and other sports fitness equipment,which has a strong practical value.
