Ti60 with light mass,high strength and strong corrosion resistance,it has been widely applied.But Ti60 belong to difficult processing materials,the application of traditional cutting methods cannot meet their processing requirements.In this paper,by synchronous composite electrochemical discharge machining(ECDM)method to carry out research of Ti60 micro hole machining.The main research contents are as follows:(1)On the basis of the original D703 high speed electrical discharge machining(EDM)tools,built a test platform of synchronous composite ECDM.(2)Carried on comparison experiment of micro hole machining between synchronous composite ECDM and electrical discharge machining(EDM);The effects of various machining parameters on the micro machining by synchronous composite ECDM(3)Research on improving the quality of micro hole machining by orthogonal experiment.It was found that when the diameter of the electrode was 0.3mm,the machining initial clearance was 0.2mm,the pulse spacing was 30?s,the external processing voltage was 6V and the electrolyte solution was 3%NaCl,which could effectively reduce the surface roughness of micro hole.When the diameter of the electrode was 1.0mm,the pulse spacing was 30?s,the external processing voltage was 4V,the electrolyte solution was 1%NaCl and the machining initial clearance was 0.2mm,which could effectively reduce the inlet side clearance;when the pulse spacing was 30?s,the external processing voltage was.6V,the electrolyte solution was 3%NaCl and the machining initial clearance was 0.2mm,which could effectively reduce the recast layer thickness;when the pulse spacing was 30?s,the external processing voltage was 2V,the electrolyte solution was 1%NaCl and the machining initial clearance was 0.2mm,which could effectively reduce the import and export diameter difference.
