In the past decade,gas explosion(or coal dust explosion)is still one of the most serious disasters in the coal mining accidents,which easily bring life threatening to miners and huge losses to national property.Taking Xingli coal mine as the research object,by the research method combining the investigation analysis,the theoretical modeling,and the practical application,identify the danger and harmful factors lead to coal mine explosion,construct the evaluation model and method based on fuzzy fault tree,comprehensively evaluate the danger of coal mine explosion in Xingli,and puts forward the prevention measures of coal mine gas explosion and dust explosion accidents.The main results are shown as follows.Constructed the tree model of gas explosion in coal working face,gas explosion in tunneling faces and coal-dust explosion accident,calculated the minimum cut sets,the path sets and structure importance of all kinds of accident tree,and found that isolation of gas and ignition source is one of the most effective measures to control the gas explosion,controlling concentration of coal dust mixed with the air not reach the explosion limit and controlling the ignition source underground are the most effective ways to prevent dust explosion..Established evaluation model based on fuzzy fault tree,calculated the fuzzy probability of gas explosion in coal working face,gas explosion in tunneling faces and dust explosion accidents,by which get the fuzzy importance degree of basic events in fuzzy fault tree,found gas explosion is easier to take place in tunneling faces than that in coal mining working face,the probability of gas explosion accident is much higher than the coal dust explosion.The application of fuzzy fault tree evaluation model and method in Xingli coal mine is successful,which will provide the basis for the risk control of Xingli in the process of daily production,and also provide guidance for other coal mine in explosion risk comprehensive evaluation work.
