For a layered face prone to air leakage induced by coal spontaneous combustion,and because of a layered complex working conditions,direct and accurate positioning of coal spontaneous combustion area is difficult problem,this article from the layered face the causes of spontaneous combustion,conditions,monitoring and early warning,prevention and treatment,etc.,systematically discusses the layered working face of coal spontaneous combustion.Collected on-site coal samples and analyzed the coal spontaneous combustion characteristics.Test in the process of the coal heating and gas output characteristics.Optimizing the iconic gas of coal spontaneous combustion.Gaseous product generation is studied and the relationship between the coal temperature.Determine the forecast of coal spontaneous combustion index of iconic gas.On the basis of the face to a distribution of test,using portable SF6 detector,and the method of mobile testing point computes the shortest path of large scope of air leakage,determine the wind leakage and leakage air volume,a layered working face roof selects the air leakage and oxygen supply of coal seam spontaneous combustion area,for monitoring the layered working face and provides a theoretical basis for prevention and control of spontaneous combustion.Adopting placement temperature test device with the aid of the infrared thermal imager,observed the face two lane high temperature area,identify the early signs of coal spontaneous combustion,worked out the face comprehensive fire prevention measures.Researches show that Tested sample has 16-17-22072 working face of coal spontaneous combustion tendentiousness level for I,belong to easily from coal.Coal sample under normal temperature oxidation of CO and CO2 gas product not only has the C2H4,and C2H5,even show the coal samples has a strong oxidizing.When the appear CO,the coal temperature reached 70?,C3H8,coal temperature reached 110?.Due to the dense degree has 16-17-22072 working face roof is differ,air leakage with layered characteristics,but the leakage air volume distribution,maximum air leakage location near the F1 fault,coal spontaneous combustion is prone section;Minimum air leakage location from the cut at the beginning of 370 m?680 m range.Infrared thermal imaging and fixed-point observation of gas leakage and temperature monitoring results verified the accuracy of the test results.Through the roof in working face wind lane injection polymer materials,the prevention and control measures,such as formation of wind wall to effectively control coal spontaneous combustion process.The results provide a reference for similar conditions of coal spontaneous combustion prevention and control.
