Air leakage is a common phenomenon in the process of ventilation in coal mines.Coal spontaneous combustion and gas emission are closely related to the situation of air leakage.The detection of air leakage has always been an important subject for scientific and technological workers to explore.In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of air leakage detection,based on the existing dual tracer detection technology of SF6 and CF2ClBr,this paper puts forward the application of multi-tracer technology to detect mine air leakage,and carries out the optimization study of multi-tracer.The main contents are as follows:1.Through the physical and chemical properties,toxicity analysis and chromatographic analysis,the multi-tracer gases SF6,CF2ClBr,CHClF2 and C2HF5 are selected.According to the response value of gas chromatography to each gas,SF6?CF2ClBr and C2HF5 are selected as tracer gases,and CHClF2 as alternate tracer gases.2.Through the experimental analysis of water solubility,adsorption,diffusion and pyrolysis of gas,the feasibility of SF6,CF2ClBr,CHClF2 and C2HF5 as multi-tracer gas is studied.It is concluded that all of the gases meet the requirements of mine tracer and can be used as mine tracer gas.3.Under the guidance of chromatographic analysis theory,the optimum chromatographic operating conditions for the analysis of four tracer gases were studied.The column is 5A·zeolite adsorbent with internal diameter of 4mm,column length of 5m and particle size of 0.177mm-0.25mm.The carrier gas of chromatography is high purity nitrogen with purity of 99.999%,flow rate of 9cm/s,flow rate of 45ml/min,column temperature constant at 60%,and the temperature of gasification chamber is 120 C.Figure[42]table[26]reference[61]...
