Mine hoist equipment is the most important equipment which connected to the underground and ground,however,with the increasing of exploitation,the steel guide in borehole wall will come into varying degrees of deformation because of stratum displacement,cage falling objects;the borehole wall will also cause cracks due to the long-term pressure.These problems not only affect the stability of the cage when it runs,but also cause the derailment,cage seizing and borehole wall collapse.At present,the most monitoring ways of steel guide and borehole wall in China still stay in the manual testing method.The working environment is not only bad and dangerous,but also low efficiency.In order to solve these problems,this paper proposed a steel guide testing and borehole wall monitoring system based on STM32 embedded technology.The system adopted STM32F103 as microcontroller,used eddy current sensor and hall sensor as the core of the data collection module and Max7456 as the character generator in OSD.It also combined the Key,Power,UART,SD as the peripheral circuits and realized the real-time monitoring of steel guide and borehole wall.This paper mainly completed the design of hardware and software.The process of the system is:when sensors and cameras are fixed in the specified location,it is necessary to zero the cage location testing module,and it will timing gather the space size between eddy current sensor and guide when the cage drop down slowly.The measured voltage signal will be converted to digital by the MCU internal AD module.Hall sensor along with the rotation of the magnetic block on the wheel to generate square wave sent to MCU,and MCU calculates the cage position by calculating the wave's number.If MCU measure the size of space abnormal,it will immediately generate an interrupt and through SPI serial communication with the Max7456,then the information will be covered in video by way of watermarking.The system has high measurement accuracy,low cost and easy operation.It can be used to monitor the rigid sliding guiding and the borehole wall regularly,and it has not been used in our country,so have a certain value of commercial promotion.
